How do I restore my purchases?
- Open Ink Paws app
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right)
- Scroll down to find "Restore Purchases"
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase
- Wait for the restoration to complete
If you still have issues, please contact us with your purchase receipt.
My learning progress is missing?
If your learning progress is lost, try these steps:
- Sign in with Google/Apple: Go to Profile and sign in to sync your data from the cloud
- Check your internet connection: Make sure your device is connected to the internet
- Restart the app: Close the app completely and reopen it
Tip: We recommend signing in with an account to automatically back up your progress to the cloud.
Pronunciation is incorrect or no sound?
Ink Paws uses the system's built-in Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine. If you encounter pronunciation issues:
- Make sure your device is not on silent mode
- Check Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content and ensure Chinese voice is downloaded
- Update to the latest iOS version for better voice quality
How do I remove ads?
You can enjoy an ad-free experience by:
- Subscribe to Premium: Purchase a subscription in the Profile tab
- Purchase Island Packs: Purchased content is ad-free
Note: All ads comply with COPPA children's privacy regulations and will not display inappropriate content.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- Open Ink Paws app
- Go to Profile tab
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion (requires Parental Gate)
Warning: This action is irreversible. All learning progress and purchase records will be permanently deleted.
